  • All refund requests must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To request a refund, you must show proof of grades scored on assignments or classes we handled.
  • After receiving your refund request and inspecting the grades of your assignment or online class, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
  • If you had started to take your online class before handing it to us or if you decided to complete some assignments or the entire class without notifying us, you are not eligible for refund.
  • If you don't get the desired results as discussed through our services, you can ask for a refund
  • Change of mind is not applicable.

Note: Please keep in mind that any changes or additions will require an additional payment, and we will not be responsible for the consequences if the additional payment is not made.

If you receive a refund, 15% of your payment will be taken as processing fees.
